Fund recipient gives talk on ethnic minorities in Vietnam
Simon Cumbers Media Fund recipient, Frank Miller will be showing some photographs and talking about his Minority Report project, in the Dun Laoighaire Motor Yacht Club this Thursday, 16th February at 8 pm.
Minority Report examines the lives of the minority ethnic group the Hmong, in an extremely remote part of Northern Vietnam. This Thursday’s talk coincides with the full exhibition which is currently at the Irish Aid Centre in O’Connell St Dublin, and continues until Monday, 27th February.
