Photo exhibition on lives of Hmong in North Vietnam
A photographic exhibition, entitled, ‘Minority Report’, which is based on the lives of the Hmong in the extreme north of Vietnam, is now open to the public at the Dublin Central Library, Ilac Centre as part of the PhotoIreland Festival. The photographs were all taken last October as part of a Simon Cumbers Media Fund project by photographer Frank Miller, for the Irish Times magazine. Opening hours Monday – Thursday 10am-8pm; Friday & Saturday 10am-5pm until next Friday, 13th July.
